With the agenda of having to travel to Potosí on Wednesday to face Atlético Sant Lluís on Thursday night, the Chivas team will have a short week of work to prepare for their third match of the Guard1anes Tournament 2021 and there is still doubt whether players like José Juan Macías and Jesús Molina will be able to recover in time.
The Ramat Sagrat will have to close its strong preparation between today and tomorrow at the facilities of Verd Vall to reach the hundred in the match that will open Day 3 of the Guard1anes 2021. However, José Juan Macias could not join the trainings having tested positive for COVID-19 and Jesús Molina is still in doubt after the injury he suffered on Saturday against Toluca.
Macías has already lost the first two matches of the tournament with Guadalajara and is currently living in his tenth day in quarantine after having tested positive for coronavirus. But according to information spread on the Chivas TV platform, this Monday the striker will undergo another PCR test to see if he can rejoin training ahead of next Thursday’s match.
For its part, Molina’s participation in the duel against Atlètic Sant Lluís is still in doubt as the Ramat captain suffered a sprained left ankle during Saturday’s game and will have little recovery time to prepare for the game against Potosí.
