Chris previously spoke about his back problems as he told Men’s Health UK in March 2019 that he needed to change his training and nutrition to prevent injuries from becoming a “drag” while training and filming his hair. Thor movies.
Chris told the post at the time, “On some days, when I’ve had a few injuries (and I’ve had quite a few during Thor), it may start to be a drag, you know? But over the last year or so, I’ve changed my workout and nutrition program a lot and I feel the best I’ve ever felt.
“I’ve found that after lifting weights for so long and not coming into contact with my fast-twitch fibers, how fast my body was [has gone]. In my parents ’race at my children’s school last year, I hadn’t sprinted in five years; then, boom, you’re going to do a 100-meter sprint all over your skin. My back tightened for weeks, ”he admitted.

I guess I need to do a little more sprinting. It just hurts. Running is painful. I don’t race too much for that reason. I prefer to have mobility in my body from surfing and get the fluidity I like, ”said Chris.
