And on Wednesday, Chris Hemsworth showed off his superhero-worthy physique as he completed a grueling workout at home.

Sharing a clip with his 50 million Instagram followers, a shirtless Chris flaunted his ridiculously large pumped biceps and tore the frame as he sweated.

Chris, who recently finished the latest installment of Thor Thor: Love and Thunder, said he’s now training hard for the sequel to Netflix’s big hit, Extraction.

To prepare for the action role, he explained that he mixes his training and wants to focus on movement and “agility, strength and speed”.

“Preparing for the Netflix extraction sequel,” Chris headlined the message.

He then demonstrated his training for his fans: three minutes of boxing, 50 squats, 40 sitting sessions, 20 reps and 25 push-ups.

According to Variety, the sequel to Extraction will be shot in Europe after rejecting plans to shoot it in Australia.

The publication reports that it was supposed to start in NSW, but has moved to Prague, Czech Republic.

According to reports, the producers made the decision to move to Prague for fears that a single Covid case could lead to a total closure, which happened recently with the thriller directed by Russell Crowe, Poker Face, in Sydney.

“Other sources place the movement in a broader context, explaining that Hemsworth’s rigorous schedule and the growing uncertainties associated with shooting in Australia make relocation a safe option,” the website added.
