11:44 PT – Christina’s legal team was also in court Friday to file an opposition to Heerdegen’s request for a restraining order. In the documents, obtained by TMZ, he says there is “overwhelming evidence” that he is abusive, even beyond the photos he has already filed in court.
She says she has an audio recording of his alleged attack on her on June 25, 2020. According to the documents, James can be heard “terrorizing Christina, spitting on her and yelling at her, admitting violence, following her d ‘room after room, chasing her and then violently assaulting her.’ He says the recording abruptly ends with her in tears, saying she will call the police.

James Heerdegen filed Friday for a restraining order against the actress, claiming that alcohol and substance abuse is fueling her alleged abusive behavior.
In his court presentation, James states that Christina was gushing hard during her forties and that she would usually abuse him physically and verbally while she was intoxicated. He says he would often hit him and scratch him with his arms, hands and nails.
According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Heerdegen also states that Christina would regularly follow him around her house, shouting and calling him profanations in front of her son. He says his alleged savings are causing emotional distress to his son.
James says Christina attacked him in October 2019, claiming he grabbed her throat while she was in the toilet. He says he “squeezed me and pushed my throat with his left hand using his right hand to gain leverage by leaning it against the door frame” … according to the documents.
Heerdegen’s presentation occurs 48 hours after Christina’s grant to restriction order against him, claiming that he had beaten her several times and is now afraid of his life and that of his son. She introduced herself to divorce him in July.
In her documents, James claims that Christina filed false allegations of domestic violence against him to “take advantage” of her control over her son and prevent Heerdegen from seeing the child. He also claims to have filed a false police report.
James says Christina was sober during the pregnancy, but claims she started abusing alcohol and pills when she started breastfeeding, and things got to the point that he drank some breast milk for fear that the alcohol did not contaminate the milk … according to the documents.
Christina’s lawyer, Samantha Spector, he tells TMZ … “This presentation is nothing more than an abusive and transparent attempt to silence my client. It will not work. Christina will not be intimidated by Mr. Heerdegen and his rain of misleading claims, and remains determined to protect her family “.
The judge has not yet ruled on Heerdegen’s request to stop Christina.
