This week Catherine Hoffmann continues to insist on improve our memory, in particular the short-term memory, the one that so often fails us at the most unexpected moment. And it does so through a new workout of neurofitness with which to work the full attention of our mind, that is, it is an exercise in cognitive stimulation to achieve greater ability to concentrate and, as a result, achieve better retention capacity as well. This time no timer is required, it is not necessary to measure the time it takes to solve it, however, our expert in cognitive stimulation and brain training gives you some little tips before performing a test of this nature.
