Color Vision will broadcast Sovereign Awards

The Dominican National Brewery (CDN) and the Association of Art Reporters (Acroarte) announced that Color Vision, channel 9, will be the official medium that will broadcast the Sovereign Awards.

The information was offered during a press conference attended by Candida Hernandez, director of marketing of Cerveseria; Zumaya Be of Caribbean Group; René Brea, producer of the award; Sunday Bermúdez, president of Color Vision and Alexis Beltré, president of Acroarte.

The awards are revived after the institution went through an institutional crisis and the passing of the Covid-19 pandemic.

While Zumaya Be said that this year Premis Sobirà will have the largest number of international artists, although our artists will also be present.

The award will be held in June in a semi-face-to-face format, and will have the National Theater as the main stage under the artistic production of René Brea.

This year, for the first time, the award will feature the executive production of Caribbean Media World by the Dominican National Brewery. “With the vision of Cerveseria and our experience in the area of entertainment, we will present a fresh, dynamic and different award in accordance with the new times, in which we have the creative production of Rene Brea,” said Zumaya Well, CEO of Caribbean.

In 2020, the award ceremony was not held due to the unexpected outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. For this year Dominican National Brewery reaffirms its commitment to continue supporting and motorizing the growth of the entertainment industry by promoting the Sovereign Awards as this platform that activates Creole ingenuity and provides first opportunities after the pandemic.
