The confessed killer of 29-year-old nurse Angie Noemí González Sants, Roberto Félix Rodríguez Díaz, sent a message to her daughters and interacted with her father and who apparently was her mother-in-law on her way out of school. ‘Court this afternoon.
“All I want is for my daughters to be okay,” the 35-year-old said in a video posted by Noticentro.
This afternoon, Judge Imarie Cintrón Alvarado of Aibonito Court determined a probable cause for arrest and imposed a bail of $ 2,100,000 on Rodríguez Díaz, who confessed to having murdered his wife on January 15 in Barranquitas.
“Even if I speak or not speak as I please I will be the bad guy,” expressed the man who after failing to bail was jailed.
The video shows that when Rodríguez Díaz was about to enter the act where he would be transferred to prison, a woman whom Noticentro identified as her mother-in-law began calling from afar. To which she said he replied, “I love you too my love, forgive me.”
After that, the defendant’s father approaches her and hugs her. “I’m going to hang up tomorrow,” the man expressed, to which Rodriguez Diaz asked him not to.
Faced with these expressions, the Department of the Family said that social workers and staff of the ASSMCA had already mobilized to provide assistance to the father.
From the facts it follows that Rodriguez Diaz killed his partner with whom he procreated three daughters. He then transported the victim’s lifeless body to Coamo’s jurisdiction by throwing it into the void. During the interview with police officers and after the warnings, the defendant confessed to the murder.
Rodríguez Díaz was charged with Article 93 Murder and three with Article 285 Destruction of evidence.
