Conor McGregor must have left any ill will on the red carpet of the VMAs.
A day after fighting Machine Gun Kelly at the 2021 VMAs, McGregor was seen Monday having dinner at Amaranth in New York City with fiancé Dee Devlin and some friends. The Irish MMA wrestler seemed to be more devoted to his lifelong love than to food (or his friends), as he could not keep his hands away from Devlin.
The couple, who have three children, were photographed kissing and laughing at the table between bites and McGregor looked much more relaxed than on the red carpet with Kelly, with whom he quarreled for unclear reasons.
“They quarreled, then settled down and Conor went to look for him again,” a source told Page Six at the time, adding that the photographers “were not happy” and “said they would boycott Conor because they were worried about MGK and Megan wasn’t walking. “
“[McGregor] she was ready to throw fists, “a second source said, adding:” Security had trouble holding him back. “
Despite the documented problem, a McGregor representative joked, “Conor only fights fighters.”
After the physical scrutiny of McGregor and Kelly, 33, the professional wrestler spoke to rocker “Bloody Valentine” in an interview.
“Nothing happened to me, I just fight real fighters, people who really fight, you know what I mean,” McGregor said. “I certainly don’t fight small vanilla rappers. I don’t even know the boy. I don’t know anything about him, except that he’s with Megan Fox. ”
Kelly, 31, didn’t mind delving into the next few fists, but chose to slap a journalist’s microphone when asked about it.
