Costco will close all its photo centers across the country next month.
According to a newsletter on its Costco Photo Center website, titled “Important Photo Center Announcement,” on Feb. 14, the company closes all of its photo departments at all Costco locations.
Consumers will be able to order some items online to include prints, enlargements and posters; photographic books and calendars, photographic stationery and greeting cards, printed on canvas, metal and acrylic; photo blankets and other photo gifts; and business printing products.
In the announcement, Costco said services such as ink refilling, passport photography, photo restoration and YesVideo’s home movie transfer service would not be available once the centers closed.
