The Department of Health report revealed five deaths, 672 confirmed positive cases, 472 probable and 743 suspicious.
The reported deaths were five men between the ages of 55 and 86 in the regions of Arecibo, Caguas and Ponce.
There are 321 hospitalized adults and 26 minors.
COVID-19 is credited with 216 deaths to date.
