The first woman to publicly accuse Gov. Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment claimed she once joked that she would “ride” her if she were a dog, according to a new report.
Lindsey Boylan, a former aide to the governor, revealed Cuomo’s startling observation in a lengthy interview with Ronan Farrow of The New Yorker, telling him that Cuomo made the dirty joke in 2018 after a meeting at the New Yorker’s mansion. governor.
Boylan, 36, who is one of seven women who has filed allegations of sexual misconduct against the governor, said he made the comment after Cuomo’s dog, a mix of German shepherd named Captain, jumped up. and down near it.

Then, Boylan said, Cuomo joked when he would try to “ride” her too if he were a dog.

Boylan first accused Cuomo of sexual harassment in a series of December tweets, and then detailed the governor’s alleged behavior in a detailed post on the Medium website.
She claimed Cuomo kissed her “on the lips” without warning at her Manhattan office in 2018, and also claimed that the governor asked her to play poker a year earlier while on a private jet.
Cuomo has denied the allegations and said he never touched anyone inappropriately.
In the New York interview, Boylan said her former head of administration, Howard Zemsky, once told her that Cuomo had her “in love.”

He recalled an occasion when Cuomo allegedly mocked the haircut of a female helper, leaving her in tears.
Boylan said the governor also mocked the weight of a former staff member.

Boylan also said Cuomo, a longtime political enemy of New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, had a dart board that carried the mayor’s face to the ground at the governor’s mansion.
