According to the program “Ventaneando”, the so-called Fernandez Dynasty faces a new concern that the health of Doña Cuquita would also be going through a bad time, as he arrived at the hospital to undergo emergency surgery.
Although no details have been given at the moment about the surgery that Maria de l’Refugi Abarca had to undergo, some local media have stated that she went to Country 2000 Hospital, where Vicente Fernández is, although others confirm that he is in the Royal Hospital San Jose in Zapopan, Guadalajara.
According to media reports, Dona Cuquita has been hospitalized since last weekend and on Monday 13 September she underwent surgery for a hernia in her abdomen.
It was said that the surgery would have been scheduled for another day, but due to the stress caused by the accident that Chente suffered, his health deteriorated and the operation had to be advanced.
It was reported that the surgery has had a good end and could be discharged on Wednesday 15 September.
On the other hand, since last August 6, when the Charro de Huentitán suffered a fall, which injured the spine at the cervical level, has been in the hospital, under the care of a group of doctors who, like his family, expect the singer’s mobility to return.

According to the latest medical report shared by the Fernández family, last September 6 he mentioned that he is “stable with a stationary evolution” in relation to his neurological condition and mobility.
The singer continues under strict medical observation in the area of intensive care. “He is stable, awake and without drugs that affect his condition,” the letter reads.
