The Missoula Police Department was called to the area of the Grixide apartment complex. Mizola Police say they have found a man who was shot in the head in the parking lot around 3:40 p.m., for a report of a shooting between Missoula College and East Mizola. Witnesses have identified 33-year-old Christopher Neurider as a suspect. The MPD said Neurider had fled as a herdsman before police arrived. The search for him continues until 7pm on Tuesday night. The Neurider was a white man, about 6 ‘tall, last wearing a black’ watch-cap, ‘black hoodie and black shoes. He has brown hair and green eyes and currently has dark facial hair. He is believed to be a handgun and dangerous, and according to the MPD, according to the cold temperatures, authorities think Neurider may be looking for heat in a vehicle or structure.
