According to the document, in the assembly fifteen of the present mayors presented their ideas and suggestions on the conformation of the Councils of Councilors and requesting the formality of a technical support of the direction of the PLD.

During his speech, the former president took the suggestion of a technical team to recall that in the 1980s the party was able to structure a commission of this nature, with the aim of advising and accompany the town councils.
