Japanese publisher Binary Haze Interactive has unveiled plans to replace its upcoming Madras Enterprise Enterprise next year.
Currently developed by LiveWire, Adobe Tokyo and Adobe Montreal Studio, this “Dark Action RPG” will be launched in early access to Steam in January. Nintendo fans will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on it – the switch release will not come until Q2 – but it looks like it will be worth the wait.
The early access version will feature three parts to explore in total, however it promises to include a total of “at least eight parts” in its full release on both Binary Haze Steam and consoles. Quick summary here:
Lead the priest lily to the winding caves, underwater landscapes, glowing tree forests and other areas devastated by the rain. Each bio is beautifully illustrated in a clear Japanese dark fantasy style. Clean up to appoint challenging and brutal bosses as refining comrades. Mix and match fallen souls with attacks ranging from powerful ax blows to bow and arrow attacks.
While exorcising enemies, Lily enjoys visions that reveal scenes from the past. Combine the whole truth together and solve the mystery behind the impure rain before facing a choice that will determine the fate of a kingdom.
Hiroyuki Kobayashi, CEO of Binary Haze Interactive, says, “Enter Lilies does not give up its secrets easily, but we have balanced our fast combat system to provide a challenge to players of all skill levels. Minimal experience with action RPGs.”
We’ll keep an eye out for more news on when and how this will go down, but we can share your initial thoughts about it in the comments as we wait. One for your switch wishlist?
