Deshaun Watson’s second sexual assault accuser emerges

For the second day in a row, a masseur has accused Texan quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual assault, according to a civil lawsuit filed Wednesday in Harris County, Texas.

The alleged incident was said to have occurred in August 2020, five months after another massage therapist said she was similarly assaulted by the face of the 25-year-old Houston franchise.

Both complaints say Watson assaulted the unidentified masseurs by “touching” them with his penis and acting “aggressively.”

The first complaint said that “it became clear that Watson wanted a massage for only one reason: sex.”

Watson denied the first complaint after he appeared on Tuesday, saying he “has never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect” and hoped to erase her name. He also said he rejected an “unfounded six-digit integration request” made before the first accuser filed.

Watson has not made public comments about the second complaint, which comes when he faces an uncertain future in Houston after applying for a trade before the low season due to reported issues with management.

Prosecutor Tony Buzbee, who represents the two women, said on social media that he will file two more cases on behalf of women alleging misconduct by Watson, a three-time Pro Bowl quarterback.

“Watson’s behavior is part of a disturbing pattern of taking vulnerable women,” the complaint filed Wednesday said.

The plaintiff in the second complaint, named Jane Doe to protect her identity, said Watson contacted her via Instagram and took her from Atlanta to a hotel suite in Houston for the May 28 massage session. ‘August. peculiar “that an” NFL player should look for a massage, because she is not yet a well-known masseuse.

According to the complaint, Watson immediately stripped completely and refused to cover his penis when asked, citing that it “heats up easily.”

Shortly afterwards, according to the complaint, Watson “continued to aggressively redirect the plaintiff to his anus.”

The plaintiff ignored his request and worked on the inside of Watson’s thigh, as discussed above, leading Watson to be “more aggressive” and move in a direction that caused “the hand of the plaintiff touched Watson’s genitals, “according to the complaint.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff stopped the massage and then left the hotel room while Watson was in the shower.

He said Watson only paid him half of what he owed him, but that he was “so upset by the incident that he did not seek the other half of the payment.”

Both plaintiffs are demanding “minimal compensatory damages” from Watson, who last fall signed a four-year contract worth up to $ 156 million ($ 73 million guaranteed).
