Destiny 2 Glitch allows you to launch 12-player raid parties

Destiny 2 fire teams usually have a maximum limit of six, but players have recently discovered a problem with increasing the size and are using exploitation to attack the game’s raids in massive groups.

Twelve-player parties can be a bewildering change for a traditional MMO, but in Destiny it can transform even the deepest, darkest stone crypt into a bustling space party. How Forbes reports, the failure has been known to some Twitch streamers and other players for several weeks now, but it has just begun to spread to the general community as detailed videos about the trick make their way around YouTube.

Here is an example of YouTuber Scrub, to whom he attributes the discovery ChildCelebrity Twitter users:

Players achieve these encounters by creating two separate raid teams and then combining them at the last second before launching the activity. When properly timed, both groups will play together, letting them run through encounters designed for much smaller groups with relative ease and have fun in the process.

Destiny 2 has become much more prone to errors over the past year, causing problems related to high-stakes competitive activities, such as Osiris Tests, and occasionally causing problems with solo mission progression missions. This raid party problem, on the other hand, is one of the funniest things that has accidentally happened to the game since it was released. How Rock, paper, shotgunpoints out Alice O’Connor, can be very chaotic and incredibly enchanting to see how 11 other players run trying to solve raid puzzles.

Unlike many other problems, this one doesn’t seem to hurt anyone. Of course, that doesn’t mean Bungie won’t do it soon, mostly because there are more and more players trying to replicate it. Study community manager made a disturbing tweet about it last Friday, so if you feel like doing your own raid party, you better try it sooner rather than later.
