Only the Club that has reported a manifest error before the disciplinary commission, in accordance with this paragraph, may lodge an appeal with the Appeals Commission.

c) To sanction the Violent Conduct of a player who has not warned the referee and / or Commissioner and that this Commission has the security that was committed.
d) It will have the capacity to know of the serious cases in which the subjects to this Regulation, mainly Groups of Animation, are involved, and that as much the referee as the Commissioner of a party would not have noticed and that the Commission has the certainty that took place before, during and / or after the match, and that do not correspond to the disciplinary decisions that the referee adopts in the development of the 90 minutes of the match on the pitch.

Articles 84 and 85 state how the request for research must be made:
