Pro-abortion activists marched Monday to the home of Supreme Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh in response to his vote to uphold a Texas law restricting abortion.
In videos posted online by Daily Caller journalist Mary Margaret Olohan, protesters gathered in a Chevy Chase park in Maryland can be seen before heading to the Kavanaugh residence, which appeared to be vacant at the time.

At one point, protesters opposed several police officers who were in the vicinity of Kavanaugh’s house.
The protest was organized by the left-wing organization ShutDownDC.

“Three years ago, hundreds of women, women and allies took a month of direct and bold action to prevent the Senate from confirming accused sexual predator Brett Kavanaugh in the Supreme Court,” the group said on Facebook during the march. “We warned what would happen. And now, in the middle of the night, Kavanaugh and four of his colleagues have effectively revoked the right to abortion (although we must recognize that the right wing had already gotten the abortion was inaccessible to many people without means and people of color living in certain states.) “
Earlier this month, Kavanaugh joined four other judges to vote negar an emergency call from abortion providers to stop a Texas law banning abortion at a time when a fetal heartbeat can normally be detected.

The Biden administration has done so ever since demanded the state of Texas by law.
“It’s an established constitutional law that“ a state can’t ban any woman from making the final decision to terminate a pregnancy before viability, ”but Texas has done exactly that,” the lawsuit said.
