Ed Helms says he wants to take Senate out of Mitch McConnell’s ‘cool purple hands’ when ‘Elf’ reunites

The cast of the hit Christmas movie “Elf” reunited to benefit Democrats and Republicans in Georgia.

As many favorite casts throughout the Corona virus epidemic have done, a good portion of the original “Elf” stars joined together to read the script in an effort to raise funds to support the Democrats before running for Senate in the state.

Will Ferrell reconsidered his role as Patti Elf, and sang “Baby, It’s Gold Outside” with Joey Desanel, who reconsidered the role of Joey.

“Obviously, we think the Republicans may have the rights to that song, because today we got a horrible email when we asked for the rights to do it. That’s what I asked for. Who knows?”
