Edrick Menjívar will continue to be the head of the National Team, the goalkeeper of Olimpia will be part of the new friendly of Honduras against Greece in Thessaloniki.

The goalkeeper was already part of the starting 11 against Belarus and his performance was good in the 1-1 draw of the Catracha squad in Minsk.
Bicolor coach Fabian Coit said in a press conference on Friday that goalkeeper Luis López is not one hundred percent physically fit and for that reason Edrick Menjívar would remain in the starting line-up against Greece. “Luis López comes with a shoulder discomfort from Honduras,” the DT assured.
“Buba” had been the head of the Catracha squad for three years until Edrick broke his streak by starting against Belarus.
Luis Lopez carried an unconquered one of 18 consecutive parties making shortcut in the National Selection. In the last duels with Real Spain he has shown some weaknesses in the goal, a situation that now puts him under pressure as Menjívar can take this place.
