“El Guitarreño” will show his face after accident

After suffering an accident that kept him away from the screen for the past two months, Alfonso Alemany, known for his character in “El Guitarreño”, is recovering satisfactorily. Next Monday, February 15, he will show his face in an exclusive interview with Noticentro at dawn. Prior to this meeting with viewers, “Noticentro” will present a special four-day series on his recovery. From tomorrow until next Sunday, the public will know what happened to him, how was his medical treatment, and what is his current expectation, among other topics.

“Alemany is a much-loved person in both Puerto Rico and Hispanic communities in the United States. We were all extremely concerned about his health, confident that his eye would recover. Fortunately, he has been like that and has a very important testimony to share with all his followers. Before listening to his impressive story, we will present what the people around him experienced during this process, “commented Rafael Lenín López, vice president of the news department.

The special series, which will air on WAPA and Wapa America, includes several interviews with experts and family members who assisted him in his rehabilitation process. Journalist Yesenia Torres spoke with retinologist and surgeon Andrés Emmanuelli, who is leading her treatment. Also, with Dr. Paola Rebollo, an ophthalmologist at the Medical Sciences Campus, who was in charge of caring for him after the emergency.

For his part, Jorge Gelpí Pagán interviewed Dr. Andreu Manatou, his general practitioner and who, seeing what had happened, immediately referred him to visual health experts.

Journalist Celimar Adames will present the family impact of this event.
