Dancing with the Stars Elena Samodanova, alienated wife of Gleb Savchenko, has called for joint custody and maintenance of the spouse in their separation.
Samodanova, 36, filed his petitions in a divorce petition on Dec. 22, People reported.
Samodanova, in his case to end the 14-year-old marriage, asked the court for the possibility of Savchenko, 37, receiving support.

The former couple is the father of 10-year-old Olivia and three-year-old Zlata.
Samodanova told People that her estranged husband, Savchenko, had “a recent inadequate relationship” amid “ongoing infidelity,” but Savchenko told Entertainment Tonight that she has always been faithful to the relationship.
“I never cheated on her. Never, never, never,” Savchenko said at the exit. All in all, she was trying to set it up. All those partners I danced with … it was never like that. ‘
Savchenko told the media that he had not romantically pursued Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause, his dancing partner in season 29 of the show, by sending her flowers; said Samodanova told him the floral gift would be a good gesture.

The former couple, portrayed in 2017 in Los Angeles, are the parents of 10-year-old Olivia and three-year-old Zlata.
He also reacted to new photos of a romantic outing between Samodanova and former DWTS personality Vlad Kvartin in Mexico, saying, “I had a feeling something was going on with Vlad.”
Samodanova’s representative told People that his accusations that he had an “extramarital affair” are completely false.
“Elena has been busy launching her shared dance studio for the past few years and raising her daughters,” the rep said. “It’s no secret that Gleb has had relationships with former dance partners and who knows who else.
“Interpreting the victim is gross negligence and perhaps I should watch what she says before Elena decides to get to know him at his level and make everyone’s names known.”
Savchenko was seen on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, earlier this month with his new romantic interest, Sharknado actress Cassie Scerbo, on a couple trip with Stause and his friend Keo Motsepe, also professional Dancing with the Stars.
