It looks like Elon Musk has just agreed that an independent game developer can use the SpaceX name and logo for the developer’s new game: Mars is Flat.
Lyubomir Vladimirov was not shy and did not hesitate to ask Musk for permission to use the company name and logo, as he sent it. 154 tweets, reported Entrepreneur.
Vladimirov left with the intention of sending the same message to Musk on Twitter every day for 365 days, or until Musk responded, and finally listened on the 154th.

It was certainly a cheeky move, sending messages to Musk every day, but perhaps it bore fruit. The message in question was “Dear Elon, I’m a game developer and I’m making a game about colonizing Mars with you and SpaceX. If you think it’s great, all I need is the” Forward “name and logos. I’ll post it every day for a year or until you get a Yes or a No! 154/365. “

It is still unclear whether Musk fully agrees with the question or not, as Musk replied “You can steal our name / logos and we probably won’t sue you.”
This is “probably” a bit uncertain, it’s true, but it hasn’t stopped Vladimirov from moving forward. He then responded with “I want to give 80% of the profits to SpaceX.” Let’s see what finally happens.
I want to give 80% of the profits from the game to SpaceX. In this way, the game will not only serve the important purpose of entertaining people and arousing their interest in Mars, but will actually help @elonmusk and SpaceX get it. Among more dev. soon progress updates.

The game itself is quite fun. Called Mars is Flat, it is essentially a technical survival game about colonization on Mars, featuring Musk and SpaceX. Vladimirov even shared a basic trailer of his game on YouTube, showing Musk’s EV company, Tesla’s Cybertruck on Mars. It also shows what Vladimirov has been working on all these months: 3D modeling, texturing, animation, and scripts for the base version of the game.
