The Community Action Program for the Environment (PACMA), one of the organizations most fighting for the community and its natural environment, has demanded immediate action from the Dominican authorities to move the Estel de la Mar II powerboat off the Ozama River and prevent the start-up of the new Estel de la Mar III plant, which will soon arrive in the country.
