Erika Jayne may have confirmed whispers that she filed for divorce from attorney Tom Girardi for infidelity, as the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star went on social media to call her alleged lover.
Jayne, 49, posted and deleted photos of an old Girardi cell phone that showed several text messages allegedly sent by California Judge Judge Tricia A. Bigelow.
“It’s about justice Tricia A. Bigelow. He was the king of my husband Tom Girardi and he paid him the Saks bill and paid for the plastic surgery. “
The messages include telling the married lawyer, “Tonight has been fantastic. Really. But it would be much better if he were your king ”.
Another message said: Sex makeup? “along with several requests for Girardi to pay Dr. David Matlock, with Bigalow threatening,” I can ask my new boyfriend to pay if it’s a problem. It’s too big. ”
While some fans have spoken out in defense of Jayne, others believe the reality star is trying to distract herself from her own legal issues, as she and Girardi were recently charged with embezzlement.
Bigelow is a judge in Division 8 of the 2nd District of California Court of Appeals. She has held the post since 2008 after being appointed by the then governor. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
