Although in the middle of the day the greenback came to cost S / 3.72, at the end of the exchange session Bloomberg reported a slight drop of 0.10% in the Peruvian market.

With this result it is estimated that the American currency accumulates a rise of 2.63% only so far in 2021.

This exchange rate session was marked by a risk aversion in emerging markets and a boost in the dollar following an unexpected replacement of the governor at the central bank in Turkey.

However, in Peru the price closed with a slight decrease due to the intervention of the BRC which auctioned S / 14.9 billion at an average interest rate of 0.25%.
