“Buffy the Vampire Slayer” star Charisma Carpenter has accused creator and director Joss Whedon of misbehaving on set. Michelle Trachtenberg also claims that Whedon “was not appropriate” when he was a teenager in the series.
Fans are now urging David Boreanaz, 51, and Alyson Hannigan, 46, to tell their truth about it.
“The silence of David Boreanaz and Alyson Hannigan is deafening,” tweeted a fan, with another note, “Alyson Hannigan- Silent. David Boreanaz- Silent. Anthony Stewart Head- says he saw nothing. Sarah Michelle Gellar: She says she stands in solidarity and condemns the abuses. Eliza Dushku: She saw nothing but solidarity. Convincing things. “
Boreanaz also decided to clean up his Instagram this week and now only has a photo of his father, Dave Roberts.
“Bring It On” star Dushku is the latest “Buffy” student to show her support for Carpenter.
“CC, it hurts my heart and I’m so sorry to have kept this up for so long,” Dushku, who is no stranger to harassment battles, wrote on Instagram. “Your post was powerful, painful and painted a drawing that collectively we will never see or know about.”
