Former child star Matthew Mindler, who co-starred with Paul Rudd in 2011’s “My Idiot Brother,” has been reported by police.
According to a press release from the University of Millersville Police Department, the 19-year-old, who began his first year of college, disappeared on Wednesday, August 25th.
A missing adult report was filed after Mindler’s family said he “did not return to his room or return calls from his family,” Pennsylvania authorities say, according to E! News. The police are now working with Mindler’s mother and university staff to find him.
Mindler was last seen coming out of his bedroom in black pants, a Millersville University sweatshirt and carrying a black backpack around 8pm on Tuesday 24 August. He was unable to attend classes the next morning.
Millersville University President Daniel A. Wubah issued the following statement on Friday, August 27 through a local newspaper, The Morning Call: “Our police department continues its efforts to locate Matt along with regional law enforcement agencies. They follow all the clues and thank you for your attention to this effort. “
Mindler’s last role was as a character named Peter in the 2016 TV movie, “Chad: An American Boy,” according to IMDB.
