This Thursday, March 11, the Colombian actor Gonzalo Escobar shared on his Instagram account two photos of an emotional reunion he had with several of his teammates from the remembered TV series ‘Oki Doki’, Transmitted between 1092 and 1997 al ‘RCN Channel’.
In the first snapshot, shared next to the message “late reunion” is Escobar, who played ‘Coco’, Cecilia ‘Chichila’ Navia, Who represented ‘Wicks’ and Jorge Arturo Pérez, Who gave life to ‘Thyme’.

For its part, in the second photograph, which was shared the same day, is seen in the cast next to Tony Navia, Director of the famous series.
Escobar and Pérez appear in the image again, but this time the reunion was also with Verónica Orozco, Who gave life to the character of ‘Vanilla’ and Carolina Corb, Who played ‘Cinnamon’.

After the release of ‘Oki Doki’ in 1997, ‘Coco’ decided to leave the country to look for new opportunities in Miami, in the United States, and moved away completely from the world of show business. However, he returned to Colombia in 2018 and, since then, the cast has been reunited on several occasions.
The story of ‘Oki Doki’ took place inside an old house, where a group of young people gathered to share activities, including music. Wicks (Cecilia Navia) and Coco (Gonzalo Escobar) were brothers and nephews of a man who had won a lottery prize, with whom they bought the house.
In addition to being one of the most remembered entertainment programs on Colombian television, ‘Oki Doki’ was an important hotbed of Colombian actors and actresses, among whom are also Carolina Pinzón and Freddy Flórez.
