To say there haven’t been many ventures about the Bears ’decision to sign Dalton would be a euphemism for the offseason.
If we’re honest, Chicago’s rumored attempt to acquire Russell Wilson in an aggressive trade sparked so much excitement and created so much anticipation within the fan base that it didn’t really matter who settled into the position. after attempts to land Wilson. failed.
Dalton represents the team’s decision to settle for a second (or even a third) choice instead of doing whatever it takes to get a future Hall of Fame like Wilson. This is not (and never will be) among the fans.
Apparently, the NFL’s defenders of form, Chris Canty and Rob Ninkovich, don’t look good either. Check out his fiery renditions of ESPN’s “Get Up” Thursday morning:
