The first vaccination against COVID-19 that had been scheduled for today at Ashford Hospital was postponed until tomorrow by instructions from the Government Press Office.
The hospital administration reported that the vaccination was postponed and does not yet have a schedule at which it will be performed. The same was scheduled for today, at 3:00 p.m. A Respiratory Therapist who attended the first patient hospitalized by COVID-19 in Puerto Rico will be the first to receive the dose.

Today the National Guard delivered 975 doses of the vaccine to the Hospital. This after the approval of the same by the FDA last week and the rapid arrival of the shipment to the island.
