Four people arrive in Colombia with a positive test of covid – Government – Politics

On Monday afternoon Migration Colombia announced that four people arrived in the country with a positive test for coronavirus and with that there are already six new cases in the last 48 in the same situation.

The last two passengers are foreigners, from Mexico and the Dominican Republic, and arrived at El Dorado International Airport. They were made available to health authorities to assess their medical condition.

Migration Colombia assured that “once the medical condition is determined by the health authorities and it is established that foreigners do not pose a risk to other passengers, they will proceed with their departure from the country.”

He also added that they will initiate administrative action against the four foreigners and the airlines that transported them.

Hours earlier it had been known that two Colombians arrived in the country also with a positive coronavirus test. A national who arrived at El Dorado International Airport and a Colombian who arrived in Cali, who stated that he did not have the result of the test at the time of boarding the flight, but that he received it when he landed.
Both came from the United States.
