PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A small Philadelphia company that rose to fame during the 2020 presidential election gained another dose of fame on Super Bowl Sunday. The total landscaping of Four Seasons in Holmesburg first gained national attention in November, when then-presidential adviser Rudy Giuliani accidentally chose it as the setting for a high-profile press conference.
“We were just people, ordinary people who got stuck in an extraordinary situation,” said Marie Siravo, owner and general manager.

Siravo had been preparing to hand over the nearly 30-year-old business to his son Michael. But I could never have predicted what would happen next.
Fiverr, a global company that connects businesses with freelancers, asked him to star in his first Super Bowl commercial.
“We’re so proud he’s on our Super Bowl ad and he’s helping his business,” said Fiverr brand vice president Duncan Bird.
The announcement is made fun of by the famous Four Seasons opportunity, and while Siravo had no previous acting experience, it seems natural.

The manager was so amazing he would say my line and he would say to me, ‘Marie, I need it a little harder, I need it a little stronger, I need it with a little more attitude.’ I’m from South Philadelphia, that was not really difficult to do, ”he said.
“Is this the lobby?” asks a woman in the ad. “It’s not a hotel!” Siravo shouts again making a funny gesture with Giuliani’s mix.
While the spot has had a lot of laughs, it’s exciting for Siravo, who said it will have a lasting impact on the legacy he leaves as he retires knowing his company is as strong as ever.
“Fiverr made sure of that,” he said. “My grandchildren will remember me, they will remind me of me when I’m not here and I’m lucky I have my kids to make my dream come true.”

After a whirlwind three months since that infamous press conference, Siravo is going on a well-deserved vacation.
