Francisco Ulloa celebrates 50th anniversary in typical Dominican music

Francisco Ullosa, a legendary artist of typical Dominican music, will tour several cities in the United States in November, as part of the celebration of his 50 years of artistic career.

The master of the accordion is excited about this international tour, where he will carry much of his extensive repertoire and will have the opportunity to meet this diaspora who has longed to see it for years.

“I feel excited and proud to be able to celebrate with my fans these five decades of pure meringue and to represent the Dominican Republic with dignity throughout Europe and other countries,” Francisco stressed.

The leading “booking” company of major Dominican artists, chaired by Yohanny Ulloa, O Productions Corp, will be responsible for the tour of several Anglo-Saxon states.

“There is no doubt that it will be a historic tour with the legend of Dominican native rhythm, Francisco Ulloa, 50 years at the accordion, which will spread to more than 15 cities within the United States,” Ulloa revealed .

The performer of “La Cosquillita” alongside Juan Luis Guerra was the first Dominican to bring the vernacular genre to countries such as France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico and other nations. He owns a discography of more than 85 productions and more than 900 songs of his authorship, many of them recognized typical meringues.
