Mexico City. Mexican singer Frida Sofia, daughter of Alejandra Guzmán, announced through her social media that she would initiate legal proceedings against “several people”, after having publicly confessed that she had been the victim of sexual abuse in her childhood.
“I inform you that with the unparalleled support of my family and friends I have made the decision to initiate legal action against several people for the facts that are of public knowledge”, Is read in a text posted from his Instagram account.
In the statement, the “influencer” noted that it will be the law firm OLEA & Olea who takes your case, So he has asked the media to address them in case he has any questions about his procedure.
The announcement caused a stir among her fans who with the phrase “I do believe you” have supported the courage that Frida has had to talk about the issue.
Enrique Guzmán’s granddaughter returned to the spotlight after narrating the abuse and abandonment she experienced by her mother, the passerine Alejandra Guzmán; the abuses of his partners in his childhood and between tears he confessed that his grandfather, also the musician Enrique Guzmán, had sexually abused her since he was five years old.
Although Frida Sofia has not made it clear who will be included in her lawsuit, Silvia Pinal’s granddaughter asked the relevant authorities to “conduct the appropriate investigations in accordance with law at all times respecting the human rights of the undersigned.”
Frida Sofia also took the opportunity to thank the support and displays of affection she had received since she offered her testimony.
This adds to the avalanche of accusations that Enrique Guzmán has received over the years, as personalities from the world of entertainment have recalled his violent and sexist attitudes of the past, such as having touched the breasts to Verónica Castro without her consent or making morbid comments live about her own daughter, Alejandra.
