Garcia hits home run and produces 5; Brewers win in San Luis

Avisaíl García fired a homer and a double to total 5 drives, and the Milwaukee Brewers defeated the San Luis Cardinals 9-5 on Saturday, who saw a streak of four wins cut.

Keston Hiura fired a three-run homer that crowned a five-point attack in the seventh inning, to put the board at 8-2. The Brewers won for the third time in four games.

The Venezuelan home run produced two runs against Dominican Carlos Martinez, to give Milwaukee the 3-0 lead in the fifth act. Garcia managed a full-fledged ball in the sixth and added a two-point double in the seventh.

His performance with five pushes represented his highest figure since he produced in June on May 20, 2017, when he played in the Chicago White Sox.

Adrian Houser (1-1), opener for the Brewers, agreed that at least one enemy would be fouled in each of his first five innings. He was later removed to present a ticket to Puerto Rican Yadier Molina at the start of the sixth episode.

Martinez (0-2) allowed three runs in five innings. The right has accepted seven net runs in 10 innings during the current campaign.

For the Brewers, the Venezuelans García of 4-2 with two scored-five pushed, Omar Narváez of 4-2 with one scored. Mexican Luis Uries 3-0 with a score.

For the Cardinals, the Boricua Molina 4-3 with two goals. The Dominican Martinez 1-0.
