After a year of having filed one claim applicant to be recognized as the legal father of Eros, This Tuesday the judge in charge of the case will be awarded to Gerardo Bazúa this paternity, so Paulina Rubio will now have to share custody of his son.
Because ‘La Noia Dorada’ did not allow Bazúa to see his son, he asked the court to be recognized as a biological and legal father, in addition she requested that she be in charge of the maintenance of the minor since their income is lower than that of the singer.

Additionally, the ex-contestant of ‘La Veu México’ demand alimony for him, compensation and life insurance, Although for now, due to the signing of a confidentiality agreement, it is unknown how the obligations will be distributed as parents.
According to information from the program ‘Awake America’, Eros will have as official residence the state of Florida, United States, likewise, like any minor, may not be taken to another country without the permission of both parents.

Recall that the conflict began when Bazúa denounced that since 2019 his ex-partner had only allowed him to see his son for 20 minutes and accused that Paulina Rubio use their economic power to hide it, even endangering the integrity of the child.
Additionally, he revealed that his separation from the singer was due to the fact that she had violent outbursts against him publicly, even after his separation would have threatened to keep him away from Eros.
