You just need Shadowlands
So in 2020, Blizzard announced that people could vote on a new free mount that would be added to all owners World of Warcraft: Shadowlands. The time has come to claim it.
As a reminder, The Wandering Ancient, based on the classic Warcraft III reason for structure, earned. You can sign in now Wow, and go pick it up directly from the collection tab; which should be pulsing with a notification. Note that it is not obtained through the mailbox, but from the collection tab. I logged in earlier and confirmed that it really works.
