The powerful video game Activision Blizzard has been spending many dollars for many years thanks to several remasters.
We have seen the return of IP as Crash Bandicoot i Pro Skater by Tony Hawk on the side of Activision, while Blizzard has participated with titles such as Warcraft III: Reinforced – obviously that one didn’t go well with the fans.
In the company’s latest earnings call, he noted how more of this “remastered content” will likely appear sometime this year:
“We have a few more things up our sleeve in terms of remastered content that will be released in due course, which should provide us with more opportunities this year.”
In 2019, Activision said it had a lot of IP that it believed fans wanted to experience again, referring to the success of the Crash and Spyro revival.
As for Blizzard, more recent reports suggest it might be working on one Devil 2 redo
