The GoFundMe page of Gorilla Glue girl Tessica Brown surpassed $ 20,000 in donations Thursday after doctors finally removed the sticky things through surgery.
The 40-year-old Louisiana woman, whose hair was stuck for a month after using glue as a lacquer substitute, began fundraising Monday.
He raised more than $ 13,000 in just one day, and on Thursday afternoon that number rose to $ 20,577.
The fundraiser, initiated by Brown and a family member and using a photo from his emergency room visit, did not detail what he would use the cash for.
Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Michael Obeng offered for free to do Brown surgery, a $ 12,500 procedure, after hearing about the hair-lifting test.
“How does it feel to feel your hair like that again?” you can hear someone asking Brown after the four-hour procedure, in pictures posted by TMZ.
“Now I wish I had waited to cut my ponytail,” Brown says.
Brown has a lawyer and is considering litigation against Gorilla Glue.
