Gov. Ron DeSantis spokesman Fred Piccolo deleted Twitter after a dirty COVID-19 comment

More than 20,000 people have died from COVID-19 in Florida, but a spokesman for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis shockingly minimizes it. According to the Orlando Sentinel, Fred Piccolo responded to a photo gallery about the pandemic on Twitter with this insensitive comment: “I wonder from 99% [of] Should covid patients survive should they not have 99 photos of survivors for each death? Otherwise, just try to create a narrative that isn’t real. “After the heartless retort caused a stir, Piccolo deleted his Twitter account. The mouthpiece, which has repeatedly questioned the lethality of the virus and the need for restrictions, he says he already planned to do so.
