GRAFTON, Wisconsin. – Neighbors speak out while a Grafton pharmacist remains jailed tonight on charges that, by the way, allowed hundreds of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine to be destroyed.
TMJ4 News does not name him because he has not been formally charged.
“I just saw a part of the police surrounding the house. They were here for quite some time, ”said Drew Windsor, a neighbor who saw police in the area when the pharmacist was arrested.
The quiet Grafton neighborhood is in the spotlight after police arrested one of the owners.
The man is accused of deliberately ruining dozens of vials of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine.
“Shocking. To put it in a word. Shocking, ”said Timothy Skow, another neighbor.
Skow lives just outside the door of the neighbor who previously worked at Grafton’s Advocate Aurora Hospital as a pharmacist. Aurora fired him after police said he intentionally handled nearly 600 doses of Modern covid-19 vaccine leaving them unrefrigerated, rendering them useless.

He is now in the Ozaukee County Jail on charges of three separate felony charges.
“So that something like this happens and the vaccines are handled. It’s a shame, “Windsor said.
TMJ4 News went to the pharmacist’s house in hopes of talking to anyone else who might live with him, but no one answered a knock on his door.
Despite a previously cordial relationship, Skow now has very strong feelings about his neighbor and the crimes he is accused of committing.
“You are a pharmacist, you know what this pandemic can do to people. I hope you sit in a cell and spend the rest of your life there, ”Skow said.
The charges held by the former pharmacist recklessly endanger security, adulterate prescription drugs and criminal damage to property.
TMJ4 News contacted Grafton police today for information on the case, but learned nothing.
Charges against the pharmacist are expected to be reduced next week.
