Prue Leith the “Great British Bake Off” star is now happily vaccinated against the new coronavirus … and wonders why some people make fun of the shot.
Prue, who of course lives in the UK, is the first celebrity to unveil the COVID-19 vaccine. The Netflix show star announced Tuesday that he got it and described it as nothing more than a “painless puncture.”
The UK approved the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine two weeks ago, becoming the first country to do so, and began launching it last week … prioritizing healthcare workers and the elderly. In case you think Prue has any celebrity preferences, she didn’t … she’s 80 years old.
Your permission to upload Instagram media is awaited.
As you know … the first vaccines in the U.S. it began Monday, with an intensive care nurse Sandra Lindsay becoming the first person to be shot in New York.
Sandra, who is black, was hailed for her bravery for having been shot in public … especially because most African Americans say they don’t trust the vaccine and don’t get it.
For example … Offset told us: blank dot, did not line up for the shot and explained why.

Prue doesn’t get that hesitation and says, “Who wouldn’t want # Covid19’s immunity with a painless sting ??”
It is likely, however, that Prue is unaware of the dark chapters in American history that cause the black community to stop.
