Grenda Rivera and Elizabeth Robaina move into the new morning of Telemundo

Telemundo finally announced all the professional resources and the name that will bear the production that has been announcing in recent weeks.

The name of the new project of the News Department is “Today Puerto Rico” and will be hosted by Ivonne Orsini and Ramón “Gat” Gómez.

They are joined by journalist Grenda Rivera and weather reporter Elizabeth Robaina, as well as political analyst Zoé Laboy, who was announced last week.

Dialma Santiago, vice president of news, told the “Day to Day” program that the project will have a parallel on NBC-Telemundo in the United States.

Both Rivera and Robaina were enthusiastic about the new project which aims to have a refreshing and informative format. In the case of Robaina, he confessed that it is not early in the morning, so he will have to get used to it.

“I think this morning thing is not mine, I have to be honest, but it’s a new opportunity. We’re going to be a great team, I’m happy,” the communicator said.

The program will begin on Monday, Feb. 15, between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., competing in part with Wapa’s “Noticentro at Dawn.” This production, it seems, will undergo some changes in the face of this new contender.
