Grimes wants fans to stop “harassing” her for being with Elon Musk

Grimes has spoken of being “harassed” on social media for her relationship with tech billionaire (and father of her son, X AE A-XII) Elon Musk, as she dispelled rumors that she was her sugar father in earlier this year.

“Stop harassing me in this app for fake news,” reads a headline in a new TikTok post showing the musician petting a robot dog and fluttering fairy wings. “And I’m not the spokesperson for my bf.”

However, he continues to comment on some of the possible achievements of the founder of SpaceX, related to space travel and clean energy. Playing on TikTok’s “It’s Hot or …” trend, he writes, “Is it hot or is it going out to destroy oil?” Is it hot or will it put the first human on Mars? ”

“Is it hot or is it giving a $ 100 million (sic) prize for scalable ideas to remove CO2 from the Earth’s atmosphere? Is it hot or is it developing batteries that don’t use cobalt and thus eliminate unethical mining practices?” the supply chains of our cars and telephones? ”.

As expected, commentators are not entirely convinced. “Is it hot or is it the first on the menu when the class war starts?” answers one. Another adds, “Is it hot or is it a neocolonialist textbook?”

All good questions, and we’re still waiting to find out how Grimes feels about Tesla’s humanoid bots that Musk unveiled earlier this week (which, at the very least, “are meant to be nice,” he says) .

The relationship between Grimes and Elon Musk, and the apparent cracks in their respective worldviews, have been protagonists since they attended the Met Gala together in 2018. Among his critics, Musk has the global piracy collective Anonymous, which criticized its Red Planet colonization, as well as alleged ecological damage, in June this year. Last year, Werner Herzog also participated, comparing his mission to Mars to fascism.

Grimes has also recently used TikTok to share excerpts from his new song “Shinigami’s Eyes,” which was played behind a video of his game with another robot dog (this time, the Boston Dynamics point) in a post shared earlier this week.
