Talk about the Mexican filmmaker Guillem de el Toro is to speak of resounding success. This time he is carrying out a project in hand in conjunction with the platform streaming, Netflix, that’s why we present to you everything we know about his new work at the door.
For the first time De el Toro will unite his talent with giant streaming and although we all expect some plot where we can see theirs fantastic animation characters, these will have to wait, as everything seems to go further, darker ground, but with the seal of the Oscar winner for Best Director and Film in 2018 for “The Shape of Water.”
Netflix confirmed that they both work together and is that De el Toro will move from paper to television his book. The new series is called “Curiosity Cabinet” where he will recount the contents of his personal notebooks, collections and other obsessions, something very intimate about the filmmaker and which for the first time will be available to the world and in a series.
The adaptation will be an anthology of eight episodes where they will tell several stories that they promise a macabre mixture of terror, suspense and more.
