In this last look at the next fourth season of The maid’s story, we see that Gilead is hesitant at the end of the civil war, and June (Elisabeth Moss) directing the charge. He has the support of a growing rebel army and, from the sounds, the rest of the world is gathering for his cause.

Third season had to do some convoluted to make sense of June’s decision to stay behind in Gilead, so hopefully the long-awaited rebellion is worth it. (Don’t forget, at least there are one more season to go after that.) Watch the new teaser below.

The official synopsis is predictably vague: “June (Elisabeth Moss) repeats against Gilead as a fierce rebel leader, but the risks she takes lead to unexpected and dangerous new challenges. Her search for justice and revenge threatens to consume her and destroy her most cherished relationships. ”

In addition to abandoning this brief joke, Hulu announced today that the fourth 10-episode season will premiere on April 28 with its first three episodes, and that new quotas will arrive weekly. Next to Moss, The maid’s story also starring Joseph Fiennes, Yvonne Strahovski, Samira Wiley, Alexis Bledel, Ann Dowd, Max Minghella, Madeline Brewer, OT Fagbenle (will eventually appear in Marvel’s Black widow), Amanda Brugel, Bradley Whitford and Sam Jaeger.
