Prior to Sunday, Cardinals striker Hesson Reddick had never had more than two excuses at any level in any football game. On Sunday, Reddick was five.

“It doesn’t feel real,” Reddick told PFT over the phone after Sunday’s win against the Giants. “I still can’t believe it. But it happened, and I’m happy, man. I am full of joy. I feel blessed. This is one of the things you can’t believe even if it happens. ”

Reddick explained that he did not realize he had five excuses until he won.

“When the game was finally over, I was on the field and everything was going on,” Redick said. “It simply came to our notice then. It just kept playing. When it’s over, I look at my teammates and my coaches and everyone cheers me on. I tried to process it, but I still couldn’t. I took a moment myself. I cried. I cried so much. I can not lie to you, I was so happy.

Reddick also explained that the foundation has been laid for losing three games a week.

“We know we need this game,” Reddick said, “especially to start a spark to push us to the playoff run. The energy was practically crazy throughout the week.

They attacked all the cylinders against the Giants, and the Cardinals pushed themselves back into the playoff mix.
