The head of Public Health of the Metropolitan Region Ana Lorena Chang explained that all the results are validated by coordinators they have with the medical staff, then they are divided in each health center, so that traceability can be performed in the field.
He detailed that field traceability covers the delivery of bags with food, delivery of medicines and medical assistance, carried out by the unified traceability team composed of health personnel, volunteers, staff of government entities, the Joint Task Force (FTC), municipal, regional and local authorities to achieve this effectiveness of traceability to a positive patient and the their close contacts.
Within the operation of the Cocytc, the traceability team that is on site is responsible for making daily calls for the report and with this list are derived the close contacts for the sampling by swab in the various health centers with its Rapid Response (ERR) equipment.
